In the previous post the probem of conforming yourself to the cups of a vintage bra was addressed. In this case gravity is your friend.

The solution:

-Put your arms through the straps up to your elbows.

-Bend over at the waist and give your shoulders a shake.

-Position the cups and fasten the back while bent over.
